We offer affordable Housing based on income
This is a new type of community for our homeless and those that are in need of affordable housing. We do things differently than other housing solutions.
Home Again Foundation, INC will work with local social service agencies to identify those in need of housing, and will work to ensure that we match their housing options with their income level to ensure everyone has an affordable and sustainable place to live.

Our new cottage communities shows on this streetscape showcase some of our home options:

- 1 bedroom homes
- 2 bedroom homes
- 3 bedroom home
Save the date! November 10, 2024 at Big Chill
Did you know that veterans are 50% more likely to be homeless than other Americans?! All monies raised from this event will be used to assist us in building the first truly affordable housing community for our nations heroes!
Also, we want to honor one special hometown hero at our Ball! We are asking the community at large to submit a letter why your hometown hero should be honored at our event. The only thing we require is that this individual is serving or has served in the military.
Letters should be submitted to rachel@homeagainclt.org and be sent in by October 15, 2024.
